2. Description of Service

Nano Banana is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create images from text prompts or transform existing images using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our service to create, upload, or generate content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains explicit, pornographic, or adult content
• Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Impersonates any person or entity
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Violates privacy rights of individuals

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload to our service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and transform your images as requested.

Generated Content: You own the images generated by our AI service based on your prompts. You may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Our Service: The Nano Banana platform, technology, and branding remain our intellectual property.

6. Credits and Billing

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive 25 free generation credits
• Each image generation costs 2 credits
• Reference image uploads cost additional 4 credits per image
• Credits do not expire
• Additional credits can be purchased through our pricing plans
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access:

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but may experience occasional downtime
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Generation times may vary based on system load and complexity

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information and generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

10. Account Termination
